⚠️ Important Rule — Visible Consequence
🔴 If the sentence includes a visible effect, result, or consequence: 👉 ONLY the Present Perfect Continuous is correct.
The focus is on the effort that produced a visible outcome.
📌 Study ✅ I have been studying English for many years and now I'm really good at it. ❌ I have studied English for years and now I'm really good at it. Being good = visible consequence of effort
